1. Subscription Services
Sunset Clean and Pest Management offers subscription-based services for carpet cleaning, pest control, and other related services. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis according to the plan chosen at the time of sign-up.
2. Subscription Plans

Types of Services: Customers may select from various subscription plans available on our website, each offering different service levels and benefits. These are maintenance plans and not suitable if clients need work done immediately

Cooling off Period: There is a 14 day cooling off period if you change your mind. You may cancel you subscription in the first 14 days with a full refund.

Payment: All subscription fees will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of subscription. Payments will recur monthly based on the subscription plan selected.

Renewal: the subscription will automatically renew at the end of the 12 month period unless Sunset clean is notified in writing within 30 days of the renewal period
3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Process: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account on our website or by contacting customer service at sunsetclean@live.com

Notice Period: To avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, cancellations must be completed at least 14 days before the next scheduled billing date.

Refunds: If you cancel your subscription after a billing cycle has been processed, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered or payments processed. A cancellation fee will be charged, equivalent to the value of the services already rendered, if services have already been completed
4. Modifications to Subscription Plans
Sunset Clean and Pest Management reserves the right to modify subscription plans, including prices and service offerings. Subscribers will be notified of any such changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the subscription service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Subscribers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping it updated. If any fees are not successfully charged due to incorrect billing information, we reserve the right to suspend service until payment is received.
6. Termination of Services
Sunset Clean and Pest Management reserves the right to terminate or suspend subscriptions at its discretion if it determines there has been a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunset Clean and Pest Management is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
